REFUND & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This Refund & Subscription Policy applies to purchases of Underground Trader software, subscriptions, live-session access, digital products, licenses, educational materials, and related services.

PLEASE REVIEW THIS POLICY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.

NO-REFUND POLICY

All Underground Trader sales are final. Because our products consist primarily of downloadable software, digital files, license activation, proprietary trading tools, educational materials, and immediate access to protected services, payments are non-refundable once a purchase is completed or access is provided.

Underground Trader does not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges because a customer:

• Changes their mind after purchasing.

• Decides they no longer want or need the product.

• Does not use the software, subscription, support, or live sessions.

• Misses a live trading session.

• Experiences trading losses or does not achieve an expected trading result.

• Does not understand how to install or operate the product.

• Fails to review the product description, system requirements, risk disclosure, or installation instructions before purchasing.

• Uses an unsupported computer, operating system, trading platform, broker, data feed, evaluation provider, or third-party service.

• Loses access because of a violation of the Terms of Use and EULA.

• Has a broker, prop firm, trading platform, or evaluation account suspended, restricted, or terminated.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection rights required by applicable law.

DIGITAL DELIVERY AND LICENSE ACTIVATION

Digital products may be delivered by download link, email, customer portal, installer, license activation, NinjaTrader vendor licensing, or another electronic method.

A product is considered delivered when the download, access instructions, license, installer, or activation information is sent or made available to the email address or account provided during purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and reviewing spam, junk, and promotional folders.

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

Subscription products are billed according to the price and billing period displayed at checkout. Depending on the selected plan, billing may occur monthly, annually, or according to another clearly disclosed schedule.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each renewal period until the subscription is canceled.

Renewal charges are non-refundable after they have been processed, except where required by law.

PRICING AND TAXES

Prices may change for future purchases or renewal periods. When required, customers will receive reasonable notice of a material subscription-price change before the new price is charged.

Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be added to the advertised price where required.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges.

Cancellation stops the next scheduled renewal. It does not reverse a charge that has already been processed and does not create a refund for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise stated, customers who cancel may continue using the licensed product or service until the end of the already-paid billing period. Access may then expire automatically, and the associated software license may be deactivated.

To avoid the next renewal charge, submit the cancellation request before the renewal date. Customers should allow sufficient processing time and are encouraged to cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

If self-service cancellation is available through the original checkout provider or customer account, customers should use that option first.
